Jim champions bringing value to those he works with by assisting team members to reach their fullest potential at Regina Andrew Design. Notably, Jim launched the Regina Andrew Design B2B eCommerce site in January 2017. The extraordinary site has proved to be an extremely powerful sales tool by successfully streamlining the business processes, while providing a complete consumer buying experience. Jim is proud to be a Michigan State University Spartan, graduating from the Eli Broad College of Business with Major in Accounting. His desire to give back has fueled his philanthropic nature and he co-founded the Children’s Museum of Findlay in 2014 with his wife Nikki. The Children’s Museum of Findlay has been inspiring children, connecting families and building community through exploration, exhibits, programming and play (www.cmfindlay.com). His also credits his wonderful children, Enzo and Edna to fueling their passion for the museum.
