With over 15 years of experience in online B2B and B2C digital marketing and communications, Lisa Neckameyer is responsible for driving the development and implementation of MSC’s eCommerce vision and strategy. Lisa joined MSC in 2010 as the eCommerce Business Manager for a subsidiary market channel, and transitioned to the MSC eCommerce Business in 2016. Lisa’s current focus is enhancing the on-site customer experience and increasing customer satisfaction by implementing new features and improvements aimed at reducing friction and improving productivity.
