Brian Beck SVP, eCommerce & Omnichannel Strategy Guidance
Brian Beck has 16 years of experience, including more than a decade as a hands-on C-level Ecommerce executive.   He has achieved high growth rates in excess of 100% per year and has held full P&L responsibility up to $100 million as the lead digital executive in both early stage and multi-billion dollar enterprises.   He is an expert in the areas of omni-channel and Ecommerce strategy, online marketing and customer acquisition, web site experience / merchandising, technology evaluation and selection, and all operational aspects of building online commerce organizations.  
Brian is currently an advisor to retailers, manufacturers, and distributors on digital commerce strategy through his role as SVP of Ecommerce and Omni-Channel Strategy at Guidance Solutions. His recent clients include both B2B and B2C industry leaders such as Brasseler USA, AC Pro, Charming Charlie, Johnny Was, Sole Society, WSS, Legal Supply, LMC Truck, and many others.  
Prior to Guidance, served as Interim VP of Ecommerce at Pacific Sunwear of California, a 618 store specialty apparel retailer targeting the millennial market, where he led digital marketing, Ecommerce technology, web merchandising, and web operations for this multi-channel leader.   Previously, Brian was VP Ecommerce for Harbor Freight Tools, a 500+ store retailer of discount tools, where he managed a site re-launch, technology re-engineering, merchandising and marketing programs.  His other executive roles have included COO of OvernightPrints.com, a $70 million online retailer of custom printed products, COO at Costume Super Center, a fast growing internet retailer of costumes, and CEO of Broadspan Commerce, an online furniture retailer.  
Brian holds an MBA and BA, both from Rutgers University.  He is also a 2006 NJBiz Forty Under 40 winner, honoring the top forty New Jersey business people under 40 years old.
