Penny is the Director of Industrial Marketing at 3M where she leads a team of marketing and digital strategists tasked with modernizing how 3M engages B2B customers. Together, Penny and her team work across the organization to optimize marketing and digital capabilities to generate customer demand and equip marketers with the resources and tools they need to increase 3M’s relevance in a digital world. When asked what excites her about her work, Penny said, “by taking a holistic customer-centric marketing approach, we are enabling the organization to improve demand generation, commercialization, audience marketing, segmentation, brand activations to achieve business results. Penny joined 3M Canada as a marketer in 2000. She went on to lead a variety of commercialization, business, brand, and corporate marketing programs and teams. Her business acumen and leadership earned her an appointment to executive director, Consumer and Office Business.
In 2010, she became part of the 3M international marketing team and relocated to the US. In 2014, , she assumed 3M’s global brand director role. During her tenure, Penny led the team that repositioned the 3M brand and successfully launched the new tagline “3M Science. Applied to Life. ™”.
Before joining 3M, Penny worked in the Hardware industry. Penny holds an MBA in Marketing from York University, Canada.
When she is not looking for opportunities to increase 3M’s relevance to customers, Penny channels her energy into running, pilates, and enjoying time with her family. Though she hails from Canada, Penny and her husband of 24 years now call Stillwater, MN home.

Robert is Vice President of Global Solutions, for the Medical Solutions Division and leads global marketing for the 3M Health Care Business Group. Prior to this role, he led strategy and business development for the group and previously led strategic business development for the 3M Health Information Systems Division.
Prior to 3M, he led strategy and investment consulting for clients in the finance, technology, healthcare, energy and services sectors at Kibora. Prior to Kibora, he co-founded Gordian Capital, a buyout firm where he led capital raising, deal origination, transaction structuring and execution. While there, he served as Chief Executive Officer of an HR BPO portfolio company. Prior to Gordian Capital, Robert worked at a number of firms, including Circle Capital, Piper Jaffray and UnitedHealth Group.

Paul Lin is the founder and chief executive officer of Drill Spot, LLC, an ecommerce company specializing in industrial and hardware supplies for professionals. Since inception, Drill Spot has generated over $100M in sales on Amazon.com. Due to the success of his startup, in 2010 Mr. Lin was named one of Inc. Magazine’s Top 10 Asian Entrepreneurs. Mr. Lin also serves on the Board of Directors and is the IT Chairman for RBB Bancorp, a NASDAQ traded community bank with over $2B in assets. Mr. Lin attended the University of Colorado in Boulder and studied Information Systems. In his spare time, he designs technology products and currently has ten issued design patents.

Dr. Michael Ali is the Chief Digital and Information Officer for Omega Engineering, a Norwalk-based global manufacturer and distributor of sensing devices and systems. As part of a digital transformation strategy, Omega is designing, building, and deploying new platforms for eCommerce, CRM, and product information management, and business intelligence.
Dr. Ali is responsible for master data management, Industrial Internet of Things strategy and cloud implementation, and IT infrastructure and applications. Previously, he served as the CIO for W.W. Grainger, a $10B distributor of MRO products. During his tenure at Grainger, he championed the application of deep-layer neural networks to upgrade and replace the product substitution engine on the corporate website, and led an effort to define a new information architecture for customer information using semantic metadata.
Prior to Grainger, he was the Sr. VP of Application Development and Program Management for US Foods. In this role, he developed an architecture and strategy for a new eCommerce platform and led a business intelligence (BI) initiative requested by the CEO to address pain points around data reporting discrepancies and lack of BI sandboxes for business use. Prior to US Foods, he served as the CIO for Harman, where he installed new platforms for eCommerce, PLM, and ERP. Prior to Harman, he was the CIO for Jaguar and Land Rover (JLR). Prior to joining JLR, he held management and engineering positions in Ford, GE, NASA, and NIST.

Jesse Lazarus is Chief Process and Innovation Officer for Kravet Inc., a high-end home furnishings supplier to the interior design trade. Prakash Muthukrishnan is Chief Technology Officer for Purchasing Power, LLC, a newly created position he was promoted to in January 2017. His current responsibilities will include overseeing eCommerce Platform and User Experience, Product Management, Technology Development, Delivery and IT Operations. Muthukrishnan is based in Atlanta and reports directly to Purchasing Power CEO Richard Carrano.
Previously, Muthukrishnan served as Chief Information Officer, which he was appointed to in 2014. Muthukrishnan joined the company in 2013 to assume responsibility for defining the company’s technology strategy, leading all IT efforts in executing strategic business initiatives, building the company’s e-commerce website and managing IT operations. Within two years, Muthukrishnan was credited for developing Purchasing Power’s award-winning mobile website and app, a strategic initiative that now accounts for more than 50% of gross customer sales and won the company a Bronze Stevie Award in 2015. Additionally, under his leadership, his team won the SAP Hybris North America Success Story of the Year award in 2016.
Prior to Purchasing Power, Muthukrishnan worked in leadership roles for a variety of companies, including Manhattan Associates where he served three years as senior director of technology strategy, and Blockbuster, Inc., working as senior director, enterprise architecture. At each assignment, Muthukrishnan demonstrated a strong background in supply chain, e-commerce, mobile and retail technologies, as well as a solid vision for IT solutions.
Muthukrishnan received his bachelor of science degree in computer science from the College of Engineering at Guindy, India. He subsequently earned his master of science degree in computer science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. A US Patent holder, , he also received a certification in IT Leadership from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University in Northern California.

Shrater grew Minimus.biz to be ranked in Internet Retailer’s Top 1000 highest grossing B2C e-commerce businesses in the U.S., and top 300 in their B2B ranking. Minimus has received several awards for customer service, and has grown expansion divisions in the promotional products industry and third party logistics services for other brands (MinimusFulfillment.biz).

Diane has spent over twenty years in the marketing arena, working in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer environments. Most recently, she led the marketing efforts for Essendant’s Business and Facility Essentials Division and led the rebranding of the organization. A Chicago girl at heart, Vicki Repsholdt graduated from Columbia College in Chicago with a BA in broadcast journalism. Her first positions included working for Marriott Corporation in PR, then for two B2B boutique agencies in Chicago, serving as both copywriter and account manager.
Her 25-year run at Schneider Electric began when she responded to an ad in the Chicago Tribune for a copywriter for the Square D Company. Schneider Electric purchased Square D in 1991 and over time Vicki has served as a speech writer, business communications manager, marketing segment manager, distributor account manager, inventory manager, operations director, and currently, VP of Marketing for the U.S. Power division of Schneider Electric.

Anne Vranicic is the vice president of marketing for Valin Corporation, a leading technical solutions provider located in San Jose, CA. Steve Martinez is the Senior Director of Digital Solutions for Univar Solutions. In this role, Steve leads a team of product managers, marketers, merchandisers and analysts to accelerate adoption and drive revenue through Univar Solution’s digital channels.
Steve has extensive experience in marketing, product management, and innovation. Prior to joining Univar, he worked for W.W. Grainger a distributor in the Maintain, Repair, and Operate (MRO) industry. During his tenure he served in roles in e-commerce, innovation and marketing strategy and was responsible for the market launch of Grainger’s mobile applications and Auto-Reorder functionality. Prior to Grainger, he worked for USG as a Product Marketing Manager for Wallboard Systems. In this role he managed the portfolio of Sheetrock Brand gypsum panels and launched several new wallboard products nationally and internationally. Additionally, he served as Architectural Systems Development Manager where he launched USGDesignStudio.com, a web experience tailored specifically to architects and contractors.
Steve earned his Professional Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Illinois Institute of Technology and his Masters in Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management, both located in Chicago, Illinois.

Skip McCoy is an experienced testing leader and Agileist, leading Univar Solutions' Digital Center of Excellence. Skip led the project management, testing, and DevOps teams to many successful releases across multiple B2B eCommerce Platforms. By driving testing methodology improvements across multiple teams delivering in parallel, Skip and his team were able to improve first-time quality of code, as well as reduce escaped defects during release. These testing improvements helped to ensure the most seamless customer experience during major and minor releases, and helped make sure rapid delivery of new features didn't result in a user experience that sent customers to another store.

Scott is responsible for the planning, development and execution of all marketing initiatives and solution messaging at Unilog. He has more than 20 years of experience with B2B software companies, including 16 years marketing ERP solutions and services to the wholesale distribution market, having worked for companies such as Prophet 21, Activant Solutions and Epicor Software. Prior to Unilog, Scott held marketing leadership positions with multiple hyper-growth companies in the IT performance monitoring market. During this time, he focused on the evolution of cloud technology, software-defined data centers and the Internet of Things while engaging with many Fortune 500 enterprises, top-tier wireless and broadband service providers, and global Managed Service Providers.
In his role as SVP, Robb brings 20 years of experience in enterprise software sales, marketing and management, specializing in B2B and B2B2C marketing technologies. Robb has built global teams of account executives, regional sales managers, sales operations and business development staff. Prior to Rich Relevance, Robb led sales efforts at Swrve, where he launched the Media & Entertainment vertical; Stackla, where he tripled revenues in 18 months; and Livefyre, which was successfully acquired by Adobe. Eric Rehl has been a digital evangelist, strategist and transformation leader for more than 20 years spanning multiple industries, including manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, consumer and non-profit. He views digital not simply as technology, but as a driver and manifestation of business strategy, a way of thinking, and a way of executing. As Director of Digital Business at Rockwell Automation, Eric leads the company’s global digital transformation strategy and organization aimed at evolving Rockwell to become a more digitally-enabled business in the areas of full-lifecycle customer experience, eCommerce and data. Prior to his focus on digital transformation, Eric was the Director of Digital Marketing at Rockwell, and held similar positions with Robert W. Baird & Co. and the United States Bowling Congress.
