In this session, we’ll explore agentic commerce specifically in the context of PunchOut and eProcurement integrations. We’ll separate signal from noise and focus on what it takes to introduce agentic capabilities into enterprise buying environments where auditability, compliance, entitlements, approvals, and financial controls are non-negotiable.

Rather than replacing systems of record, agentic capabilities depend on them. Contract pricing, identity propagation, policy enforcement, ERP posting, invoice matching, and audit trails remain foundational. The real opportunity lies in designing intelligent handoffs, where agent-driven decision support enhances the buying experience while core systems continue to enforce governance.
