Robert Richardson is the Senior Digital Product Manager at MillerKnoll for the B2B eCommerce platform, where he leads the digital roadmap and priorities with dedicated business, technical, and product administration teams. Rob has worked in both retail and direct eCommerce for 13+ years, the last eight focused toward the B2B domain. During those years, Rob has collaborated across multiple teams, both internal and third party, applying agile methodologies to deliver progressive new features and major functional advancements for the program. He is a Certified Scrum Product Owner and has been Project Management Professional certified since 2005.
