Brian Diehl leads Industry go-to-market for SAP Customer Experience. In this position, he helps companies fully understand and translate their customers’ needs beyond products, features and functions to drive more meaningful experiences and outcomes.  Leading a team of Customer Experience and strategy veterans, Brian’s team drives the enterprise positioning and go-to-market strategy across multiple industries for SAP CX.

Brian brings 20+ years of business and technology know-how, holding leadership roles in both the US and Europe.  Diehl joined SAP from Doosan Bobcat where he was the Director of Innovation and Channel Technology.  In this role, he led the B2B digital and commerce elements of Bobcat’s multi-year, transformation efforts.  Prior to this, Diehl selected and deployed the SAP Hybris commerce platform across 60+ countries, five languages, and four currencies. Brian holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
