Chris Buckler is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Liferay, based out of Chicago. Having managed enterprise relationships for 12 years, Chris has been a vital part of establishing North American Customer Success teams from the ground up, at both Liferay and Episerver (now Optimizely). Prior to this DXP platform relationship management roles, he was both an account executive for DXP platforms and oversaw over $2MM in monthly billable digital ad space for Cars.com. Having been a part of the customer journey from discovery to years into implementation, Chris is passionate about fostering genuine and lasting relationships with his clients.
