Jason leads all commercial and marketing functions — including ecommerce and the International Trading division — with a focus on emerging markets, value-added processing, and geographic expansion. He is passionate about developing leaders and building high-performing teams. As a speaker, he offers a pragmatic executive perspective on aligning digital strategy, leadership, and execution for sustainable growth. Outside of work, Jason enjoys time with family, hiking, golf, and travel.
