Jennie is an eCommerce leader with nearly 20 years’ experience leading award-winning eCommerce, digital marketing, and mobile innovation. She is currently the Global Director of eChannel at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Inc. where her responsibilities include shaping the eCommerce strategy and driving key initiatives such as building a best-in-class Digital Shelf, creating a first ever eCommerce strategy for product launches, and delivering a toolkit of assets, content and best practices for selling online. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Jennie spent 11 years leading eCommerce teams at The Estée Lauder Companies. As Executive Director - Global Online she oversaw the e/mCommerce businesses and online strategy for a portfolio of brands and was responsible for the vision, strategy, execution and performance of their branded sites and retailer partner web sites shaping both the online and omni-channel consumer experience. Jennie spend the early part of her career at the consulting firm C-Bridge Internet Solutions, where she helped clients create award-winning B2B and B2C internet solutions. Jennie is a Graduate of Tufts University School of Engineering with a degree in Ergonomics / Mechanical Engineering.
