Jennie is currently the Global Director of eChannel at Johnson & Johnson Vision where she is responsible for shaping the eCommerce strategy and driving key initiatives such as building a best-in-class Digital Shelf, creating a first ever eCommerce strategy for product launches, and delivering a toolkit of assets and content for selling online. Jennie is an eCommerce leader with over 15 years’ experience leading award-winning eCommerce, digital marketing, and mobile innovation. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Jennie spent 11 years leading eCommerce teams at The Estée Lauder Companies. As Executive Director - Global Online she oversaw the e/mCommerce businesses and online strategy for a portfolio of brands and was responsible for the vision, strategy, execution and performance of their branded sites and retailer partner web sites shaping both the online and omni-channel consumer experience.
