eCommerce Digital Product Manager, Digital Enabled Solutions Division Caterpillar Inc

Kevin O’Brien is the Director of eCommerce for Caterpillar Inc.  Kevin is responsible for the development and management of all Caterpillar eCommerce lines of business.  Caterpillar’s ecommerce lines of businesses consist of aftermarket parts, Building and Construction equipment & attachments, and Residential generators.  These lines of business reflect both consumer and B2B experiences.

Kevin is a globally experienced executive with extensive experience in transformational technology deployment.  Kevin has had experience as both a business and technology leader for Caterpillar.   Kevin’s key roles have included management of a broad set of ebusiness capabilities encompassing digital marketing, commerce, customer portal, search, product information management, service information systems, and value chain integration.  Kevin has led a global technology transformations in manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise financial management.  Kevin also managed a regional Information Technology group on an international assignment in Belgium.

Kevin has an M.B.A. from Bradley University and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Iowa.
