Meeta Kratz is an accomplished business executive with extensive strategy, product line, digital, commercial and P&L management experience in the healthcare sector. She has demonstrated her ability to drive results for leading global distribution and manufacturing organizations transforming their businesses into world-class, customer-focused organizations. Furthermore, she has applied her commercial expertise to target both B2B and B2C audiences, where she has successfully built omni-channel marketing, digital, sales and distribution channels to deliver revenue and margin growth that consistently exceeds expectations.
Currently, Meeta serves as the Vice President and General Manager of the Americas Business Unit at Lonza’s Capsules & Health Ingredients Division. She is responsible for the P&L of north, central and south America across all product lines, manufacturing and supply chain operations as well as go-to market channels. Prior to joining Lonza, she held various senior marketing positions. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, she was an integral part of the leadership team of Fisher Healthcare Division managing strategy, commercial omni-channel marketing, data science and digital commerce. In addition, she led crossfunctional and multi-disciplinary teams at Brady Corporation, Zebra Technologies, Labelmaster and W.W. Grainger, where she drove significant growth across digital, sales and distributor revenue channels.
Meeta is a graduate from Kettering University with a bachelor’s degree in engineering and she also earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois. She is an accomplished public speaker who enjoys sharing her passion for growth and revenue enablement and has been featured at key industry conferences across the United States. She also brings her passion for building businesses and helping women advance in business through her involvement in several organizations, including Leading Women Executives and DePaul University’s Marketing Advisory Council. Meeta is the mother of identical twins and resides in the Chicagoland area.
