Michael O’Shea is Vice President of Ecommerce at Parts Town, the world’s leading OEM commercial kitchen parts distributor and a perennial Crain’s Fast Fifty and 9-time Inc. 5000 winner. Parts Town offers over 1 million SKUs from hundreds of leading foodservice manufacturers, and has grown 20% or more for 15 consecutive years. Michael is responsible for driving the foodservice industry forward in the areas of product management, UX, agile software development, product data, and the independent restaurant segment. Since joining Parts Town 5 years ago Michael and the Parts Town team have grown ecommerce revenue more than 600% by focusing on company culture and delivering industry-first innovations that solve hard customer problems.
Prior to Parts Town Michael was responsible for UX, product management and digital marketing for B2C children’s retailer One Step Ahead. He also held senior product management roles at Orbitz Worldwide, helping to develop and execute their mobile strategy. Michael began his career in software development with Accenture and Telution, a telecommunications software startup which was later sold to CSG. Michael holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Bradley Univer
