As Marketing Director, Molly is responsible for Brand Strategy for the US product portfolio. Molly and her team focus on building and sustaining brand positioning through strategic campaigns and consistent internal and external communications. She provides leadership for new and existing sales & channel profitability, and drives all marketing programs, setting marketing direction, direct marketing communications and executing marketing initiatives in support of the plumbing products category, working collaboratively with the Product Management & Sales Teams. On the heels of remarkable growth within Elkay, in her first year, Molly has redefined the Elkay Plumbing Brand Vision. Molly comes to us from the Irish Dairy Board (now known as Ornua North America), which she joined in 2000 after graduating with a business marketing degree from Indiana University. While she has worked in a number of sales and marketing roles, she found her niche as Marketing Director, concentrating on bringing Ornua’s consumer food brands to the American family table. She was responsible for brand strategy for the U.S. consumer product portfolio, most notably Kerrygold. Molly helped Kerrygold - which had zero percent market share in 2000 – grow to the #3 branded butter in the US in 2014.
