Nick Crumlett is a professional IT director who manages innovation and development for eCommerce and business applications with Misumi. Nick has achieved success with well-established B2C and B2B companies such as WeatherTech, Fannie May and Deublin Company, to name a few. 

After spending more than a decade in eCommerce strategy and execution both in an agency setting and with a single large-scale operation, Nick understands what drives customer interaction and optimized conversion channels.  His background in consumer-facing development now informs his understanding of customer interaction and conversion optimization when expanding the reach and efficiency of a business-facing website.

Nick holds B.A.’s in English Literature and Education from DePaul University in Chicago.  He is certified in PMP and Google Analytics and is also a certified Sitecore Web Experience Manager.
