Nicole Westenberger is a seasoned ecommerce and integrated marketing executive helping B2C and B2B companies drive digital transformation. Her areas of expertise include omni-channel retail, website optimization, digital and traditional marketing, merchandising, P&L management, and customer experience. She has held leadership positions in retail, automotive, and manufacturing.
Currently, Nicole is the VP of Ecommerce and Marketing at Brady Corporation - an international manufacturer and marketer of complete solutions that identify and protect people, products and places. She is responsible for developing Brady’s digital strategy across all touchpoints while also creating a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.
Nicole’s digital experience also includes over 15 years as an ecommerce leader at Sears Holdings Corporation. She held a diverse set of executive positions including VP/GM Softlines, DVP of Digital Strategy, GM of Hardlines, and Chief of Staff. During her tenure, she helped grow Sears.com and Kmart.com to over $2B by growing the online assortment, improving the user experience, and optimizing digital marketing channels.
