Minimizing risks and maximizing profits, that’s what Paul Bates is all about as Director of Digital at Master Electronics.  He started in digital 15 years ago, building a website for his friend's pest control company.  After launching the site, Paul realized that the world was one click away from this information, but how do you get people there?   The last 15 years he has been chasing this question through website development, digital marketing, and solving data issues.

His roles and education at Insight Enterprises, Fender Musical Instruments, Master Electronics, and a Management Information Systems Degree are all steps towards getting a little better each day.

When not focused on numbers and analysis, Paul enjoys being in or near the water. At the beach or lake, you can find him boating, wake boarding, sailing, or sitting in the sand with a glass of red wine.
