Raman Venket is Executive Director of Digital Strategy & Experience. In his current role he is responsible for transforming the digital channels across Boeing aftermarket to connect the customers’ experience across multiple touchpoints from discovery to purchase to use and support. As part of this, his team works closely with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to understand business opportunities and create seamless, digital-first solutions at scale for Boeing Global Services in the CRM, Portals, eCommerce, B2B Integrations and Supplier Solutions space.
Raman joined The Boeing Company in 2018 and has led a variety of digital-first initiatives to drive digital channel adoption, improve customer experience and increase productivity.
Prior to joining The Boeing Company, Raman was Senior Director of eCommerce for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He has extensive experience in building, deploying, and running B2C & B2B eCommerce platforms and digital operations. He has successfully established product teams to deliver value rapidly across a variety of global initiatives in the digital space. Additionally, over the last 25 years, Raman has had various leadership roles in managing user experience design, digital marketing & merchandising, web analytics, catalog management, CRM, CPQ solutions, b2b integrations, process automation and global sales support.
