Rob Jenson is the Director and Head of US Ecommerce for STIHL Inc. In this role, Rob supports its B2B platform as well as its dealers to drive online B2C sales and an omnichannel customer experience. Rob’s leadership and expertise has helped drive strategy and execution behind STIHL’s digital strategy and customer journey. Before joining STIHL, Rob led Whirlpool’s US Direct to Consumer businesses across major appliances, small appliances, and consumer packaged goods, where he helped drive the launch and scaling of various business, digital products, marketing channels, re-platforms, and overall transformation. Previously, he has worked at Deere & Co., as well as in private equity and investing earlier on in his career. Rob received an MBA from the University of Chicago - Booth School of Business, and a masters and bachelor’s degree in accounting from BYU. He currently lives in Virginia Beach with his family.
