Tzipi Avioz is the EVP of Customer Success, Americas at Mirakl, and has more than 20 years of experience in digital data analytics, executing large digital transformation projects and digital-focused customer success for retail. In addition to a decade with Woolworths Australia as head of Digital Commerce & Contact Centres, where she implemented a Mirakl-powered Marketplace, she was most recently Technology & Operation Director for AMP, the leading independent wealth management company in Australia and New Zealand. Previously, she also served as the CIO for the Tiv Taam Group, an Israeli supermarket chain.
