With a strong focus on user experience and product management, Val is an intrapreneur who has led ecommerce and marketing teams for McKesson, Advance Auto Parts and Target. As an entrepreneur, Val has also owned businesses herself – as a web and marketing consultant, in association management, and in the floral industry. There are probably as many answers to that as there are menu items at the Hungarian restaurant Mofarguru which holds the Guinness World Record for largest menu (1810 items to be exact).
