Russ Vander Wiel started his professional life many years ago as a manufacturing process engineer at 3M, with a special love for statistical process control, designed experiments, and operations research. The passions of factory life eventually faded and he found a special connection with a new thing called 3M.com. For nearly two decades Russ has been involved in all aspects of 3M’s digital journey including user experience, information architecture, web content management, compliance, product data management, and analytics. His current passions include advanced analytics and agile marketing execution.

Casey is the head of social media for Business Communications at Thomson Reuters. He works across the global digital landscape to deliver consistent and engaging digital experiences. Casey is the Chair of the Thomson Reuter Global Social Media Task Force, provides executive social media coaching, employee training, and manages social technology vendor relationships. Currently his focus is on employee engagement, digital oversight and governance, digital change management, and social selling, and crisis communications.
Paul is perhaps one of the oldest digital natives and can’t recall a world before home computers existed. He endlessly tied up his parents phoneline in the 80s and 90s blazing onto BBSs and then the internet long before the ubiquitous “You Got Mail” sound was coined. He got his first programming books at 12 and never looked back. His projects have appeared numerous times in publications popular tech publicans like TechCrunch. Currently, he is the manager of digital customer experience at Panduit Corporation.
Dianne Kibbey is the Global Head of Community and Social Media at global electronics distributor Premier Farnell and heads up the element14 online community and social media engagement. Since it’ s inception in 2011, the element14 community has gone on to become an innovation hub and has received numerous awards including a Forrester Groundswell award, Jive’s Customer award for engaging customers, BMA B2 award for innovative design and an ECN Innovation award.
Dianne’s 20+ year career in technology and eCommerce has helped guide her direction in engaging a technical audience and her passion for encouraging education in the STEM fields. Dianne has a BS in Computer Science and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Business.
Since joining Worldwide Business Research, Georgianna has been focusing in the eCommerce and Digital Marketing industries. More recently, Georgianna has taken on the role as Director of Program & Content for the B2B Online conference. This consists of conducting extensive phone research, confirming senior executive speakers, liaising with the marketing and sales teams, working with the meeting planning to team to ensure that everyone onsite has the best possible experience, and running the live event. Prior to acting as Director of Program & Content, Georgianna was and Associate Program Director for B2B Online and assisted the production team for the eTail conferences, managing all web and mobile program content, as well as conducting market research. A native Manhattanite, she recently moved to Brooklyn.
