I had just started in my role as Director of Marketing at the company…

My colleague, Dana Moeller, has participated as a speaker for several years but this was my first time attending the event. I found the range of topics covered at the event to be very intriguing. And it was a big learning experience for, considering that I had just joined the company two weeks prior to the conference!

The highlight of the event for me was…

The presentation by Dr Moran Cerf from Northwestern University. I found the topic – how we can use neuroscience to map customer journeys – to be very intriguing.

But I think the presentations across the board were very relevant and were a good representation of where the industry is at right now and where it is headed in the future. It was a good place for me to pick up on all the best practices in the industry.

This will continue be the go to conference for me and my team in 2019!

I was very impressed by the range of topics, the caliber of speakers and innovative technologies presented at the B2B conference. I was able to quickly pick up on a few nuggets that have helped me transition into my new role. I can see why Dana has been an active participant, year on year.

I believe that B2B is the right conference for us to attend as we look to grow our business in the coming months. We’re already building a case to bring more members of our team to the conference in 2019!
